Dr. William Mayfield is a native of Jackson and a St. Andrew’s Episcopal School graduate. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in biology, the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a master’s degree in biological science, Millsaps College with an MBA, and the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry with a doctorate in dental medicine. After graduating from dental school, he finished a residency in advanced general dentistry in Santa Barbara, California. William belongs to both the Mississippi Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Gay Crosby was born and raised in Ocean Springs. She earned her DMD from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry after graduating from the University of Mississippi. She was the outgoing president of the Jackson Dental Society and a member of the American Dental Association and Mississippi Dental Association. For more than 30 years, Dr. Crosby has had the pleasure of working alongside her husband, Mickey, in the dental field. She works hard to give her patients the best dental care possible, but what she values most are the friendships she has developed with them over the years.

Dr. Mickey Crosby holds degrees from the University of Mississippi, the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry, and the UMMC General Practice Residency Program. He also has a post-doctoral degree. He has worked as faculty for the dental school and is a member of both the American Dental Association and the Mississippi Dental Association. His favorite aspect of dentistry, despite his passion for giving the highest caliber of care, is the connections he has been fortunate enough to make with so many wonderful patients over the past 30 years.
